At Nash Plant Hire we are looking for someone to join our Sydney based location This position would be suitable for a qualified Diesel or Plant Mechanic who can take on a role in the service department.

The position includes performing regular Inspections and maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs to a wide range of plant equipment & trucks both in our workshop and also on site.
Machines include telehandlers, forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts & more.
What we're looking for -

Prior experience in service, breakdown/diagnostics & repair of various plant, EWP's, equipment & trucks is preferred.
Ability to weld etc.
is beneficial.
Heavy Duty Mechanic or similar Trade Certificate.
Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
Work autonomously.
Strong focus on Safety, Quality & Customer Service.
Sound troubleshooting & diagnostics skills.
Good knowledge of hydraulic & electrical systems.
Good time keeping & job recording skills.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Meet deadlines.
Auto Electrical knowledge is an advantage.
