About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving retention, renewals, and growth by building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Develop trusted client relationships and anticipate their needs
  • Drive adoption of solutions through proactive success strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and support
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with colleagues to close deals
  • Monitor client health and proactively resolve issues
  • Gather client insights to inform product development and innovation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management
  • Background in financial crime compliance, fraud, or identity solutions (desired)
  • Experience with SaaS technology solutions and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • A team player mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as operations and product development
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed client satisfaction and retention goals
