Position: Centre Director This opportunity is with a well-resourced and renovated service located within Sydney's Blacktown Council, seeking a Centre Director to lead a team of dedicated educators.
The centre employs an inquiry-based approach, encouraging children to explore and guide their own learning, and collaborates closely with families and the community to provide high-quality education.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in early childhood education, and be ready to help grow the centre's occupancy.
Responsibilities include: Managing daily operations and administration of the service Supporting and motivating educators, including the Assistant Director and Educational Leader Engaging with families during tours and enrollments Overseeing curriculum based on EYLF and NQF standards Driving quality practices in line with the National Quality Standards Mentoring staff and upholding the service philosophy Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor Benefits: Salary up to $115k/year plus benefits Childcare discount fees Flexible full-time hours Training and development opportunities Creative and empowering work environment Requirements: Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved qualification3-5 years of experience as a Centre Director Current First Aid and CPR certification Current Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification Working with Children Check Recent Child Protection/Safeguarding training Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and QIPTo apply, please visit our website or email your resume to helena.santoso@randstad.com.au.
