This strategic role will be instrumental to the success of the Australian division of a global research consultancy and an opportunity to have influence from day one.As a hands-on leader, you'll have a seat at the senior leadership table and work in close partnership with the Australian MD, leading and managing customised and strategic research projects.Key Responsibilities:Managing key client accounts within the FMCG and retail sector while identifying growth opportunities within the services, tech, and finance sectorsCombining strong research methodological expertise with commercial acumen to sell and win client accountsWriting, delivering, and winning pitches and proposalsOverseeing and managing the delivery of research projects - with a focus on quality, impact, and storytellingStrengthening and nurturing existing client relationships, growing accounts through exceptional service, upselling, and cross-sellingStrategic networking to unlock new opportunities for growthThe essentials:An experienced and senior researcher with 10+ years of commercial agency or client-side experience within market research & consumer insightsCommercially astute - with demonstrated success in acquiring new clients, identifying opportunities, networking, and consultative sellingProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with the ability to drive ROI and growthTo apply or for additional information, please contact Emily Moser at Resources Group: or call for a confidential chat.
