You'll be at the centre of Talent Acquisition for IAG's Corporate Portfolio, with a focus on managing recruitment across HR, Legal, Risk, and Finance.
Operating in a new model and the recent implementation of cutting-edge technology, we're driving skills-based hiring and reimagining our sourcing strategies.
In this role, you'll not only deliver exceptional talent aligned with our strategic goals and ambitions, but also play a key part in evolving our approach to sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement.
Success in this role hinges on building strong, trusted relationships with leaders, providing both strategic and tactical guidance and encouraging fresh thinking around recruitment.

This a permanent role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) & Naarm (Melbourne)About You You bring demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on skills-based hiring and using innovative sourcing strategies.
You thrive on helping our leaders think beyond traditional hiring methods, using CRM tools to drive smarter, more effective processes.
