CASUAL/PART TIME SUPERVISORS FOR BUSY DRIVE THRU RESTAURANT

We are on the hunt for Casual/Part Time Supervisors to join our Zam Devonport Drive Thru restaurant.

What you'll do

  • Lead by example by setting high standards in customer experience, the workplace culture and the financial results.
  • Train, develop and drive the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.
  • Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to the highest standard.
  • Be passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant

We'd love for you to join us if you've got what we need:

  • Previous 1 - 2 years of working in a Drive Thru QSR space, as a Shift Manager.
  • Flair to build a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, and making Zambrero an enjoyable place to work
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, computer literacy
  • Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed and neat appearance at all times, bringing your team up to the professional standards
  • Ability to multi – task and adapt to changes and thinking on the go.
  • Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment, along with hitting daily sales targets, service level standards and relevant KPIs
