Campbellfield, VIC | Part-Time (2–4 days/week) | Warm Leads | In-Store & Phone Sales Looking for a role where you can take ownership, close deals, and keep things running like clockwork?At Brite Decking, we're seeking a proactive Sales Consultant who's ready to be the trusted right-hand to our VIC Branch Manager – the person who can step in, keep the sales flowing, and treat every lead like gold.

Our products help customers create stunning, long-lasting outdoor spaces with minimal upkeep.
About the Role: You will work closely with our Branch Manager to drive sales, manage warm leads, and ensure our Campbellfield showroom operates smoothly.
This is a hands-on role combining in-store customer service with proactive lead nurturing – no cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Nurturing – Follow up on warm, qualified leads to maintain engagement.
In-Store Sales – Greet visitors, present products, and convert enquiries into orders.
Warm Calling & Emailing – Keep prospects informed and ready to purchase.
Deal Closing – Confidently guide customers from consideration to commitment.
Branch Support – Oversee showroom operations when the Branch Manager is offsite.
CRM Management – Maintain accurate notes and records for all customer interactions.
About You: Proven sales experience in retail, trade, or customer service.
Confident communicator – face-to-face and over the phone.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Results-driven and target-oriented.
Proficient with email and CRM systems.
Located within a reasonable commute to Campbellfield, VICAvailable to work 2–4 days per week, including occasional Saturdays if required What We Offer: Warm, pre-qualified leads – no cold calling.
