What You'll Be Doing The Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) is in-charge of all aspects of the unit environment and takes overall responsibility for the standard of patient care in the unit.
The NUM is pivotal to the coordination of patient care, unit management and leadership to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care and efficient use of resources.
Where You'll Be Working SWSLHD Inpatient Mental Health Services provide comprehensive care across several facilities, including the newly redeveloped Campbelltown Hospital and Liverpool Hospital.
These services offer a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals with acute and non-acute mental health needs.
The multidisciplinary teams, consisting of professionals with diverse mental health expertise, deliver exceptional care through specialised units such as the Mental Health Intensive Care Unit, Adult Acute Unit, and Older People's Mental Health Unit.
The service is committed to patient safety and high-quality care, maintaining external accreditation with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards.
