About the role We're looking for a Senior Rural Managerto join our South East QLD team—someone who thrives on building strong relationships, supporting rural communities, and making a real impact.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a portfolio of rural clients, in accordance with bank and area goals for growth, client satisfaction and credit quality.
You will naturally be relationship driven, focussing on how you can value add to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural sector.
You will gain energy through using client advocacy, your community and business networks to continue to grow your client base.
Your internal relationship management team will be there to support you to support your existing and new clients.
It will truly be a team effort.

To be successful you will have: A proactive approach and problem solving attitude Experience in agri-banking account management or a similar rural account management role.
Proven ability in building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of clients.
Credit and financial analysis skills.
