We are currently looking for an Operations Finance Business Partner to join our Operations Finance team.
The purpose of this position is to support the Finance, Manufacturing Procurement and Logistics (MP&L) and Manufacturing Operations teams through analysis of data to drive efficiency and continuous improvement of operations.
What you'll do Ownership of the quarterly standard cost setting process Co-ordinate cyclical & annual stocktaking of WIP and finished inventory, provide analysis of results and develop actions plans Work cross functionally to strengthen and embed inventory control processes in business SOPs and via utilisation of systems Enable and develop scrap reporting with a cost reduction focus Provide finance support and progress tracking for direct cost reductions initiatives Identify inventory optimisation opportunities on order to reduce working capital needs Oversight of wheel build process and error correction Develop and distribute monthly operational performance analysis and provide commentary to key business stake holders Weekly labour and hours per wheel reporting Continue to identify and develop value add reporting and processes Monthly inventory reconciliations and KPI tracking What you'll bring Experience in process manufacturing environments (high volume) and/or automotive manufacturing environments highly desirable Supply chain experience highly desirable Advanced Excel skills required Experience in Power BI is highly desirable Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team environment Strong interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail What's on offer At Carbon Revolution we believe in fair, market competitive and performance-based pay.
