The role involves supporting the Finance, Manufacturing Procurement and Logistics (MP&L) and Manufacturing Operations teams in driving efficiency and continuous improvement of operations. We seek a motivated Operations Finance Business Partner with strong analytical skills to fill this position.
Key Accountabilities:
- Standard cost setting process management
- WIP and finished inventory stocktaking coordination and analysis
- Inventory control process enhancement and system integration
- Cost reduction focused scrap reporting
- Direct cost reductions initiative support
- Working capital reduction through inventory optimisation
- Wheel build process monitoring and error correction
- Monthly operational performance analysis and stakeholder feedback
- Labour and hours per wheel reporting
- Reporting and process development
- Inventory reconciliation and KPI tracking
Essential Requirements:
- High volume process manufacturing or automotive manufacturing experience desirable
