This includes enabling scale, unlocking commercial opportunities, and enhancing decision-making across a complex, vertically integrated operation.Perigon Group is exclusively partnering with Lite n' Easy in this executive search.About the RoleReporting to the Chief Executive Officer and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will lead the Finance function with a strong focus on strategic planning, commercial performance, and operational effectiveness.This is a broad and hands-on role, covering financial control, reporting, budgeting, analysis, compliance, and systems improvement.
As a key business partner across the organisation, the CFO will bring financial acumen, commercial insight, and a pragmatic, service-oriented approach to leadership.Key Responsibilities Lead, develop and support a high-performing Finance team with a strong culture of accountability and collaboration Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis Drive financial strategy aligned to the business' long-term goals and operational priorities Provide meaningful insights and financial modelling to support decision-making across the executive team Oversee compliance, tax, payroll, governance and financial risk management Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve margin, efficiency, and cost outcomes Lead finance transformation projects, including system upgrades (ERP) and automation Maintain a robust internal control environment and support continuous improvement initiatives across the group Lead the development and oversight of ESG reporting frameworks to meet evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
About YouYou're a commercially minded senior finance executive who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally complex business.
