Are you a skilled Blue Yonder (BY/JDA) WMS Dispatcher Consultant looking for your next challenge? We are still actively looking for experienced professionals to join our teamRole: Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Support Engineer Location: Anywhere in Australia Start Date: "ASAP"Key Responsibilities: Gather business requirements and create detailed Technical Design Documents.
Configure BY/JDA Dispatcher WMS according to business needs and technical design.
Perform JDA Integrator configuration and development.
Customize and develop complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, views, and tables.
Develop UNIX shell scripts to support WMS customization and operations.
Deploy configuration and code in Dev, Test, and Production environments.
Conduct Unit Testing, support Integration Testing, UAT, Go-Live, and Warranty Support.
Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs/defects, and produce required technical documentation.
Work closely with high-profile clients, translating complex requirements into scalable WMS solutions.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills & Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (BY/JDA) Dispatcher WMS.
Strong PL/SQL and UNIX scripting skills.
In-depth understanding of WMS workflows, integration, and configuration.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience in supporting live WMS environments with tight SLAs.
