About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Red Prairie WMS / JDA Dispatcher Support Engineer to join our agile team. This role involves end-to-end configuration, development, and support for warehouse management solutions, working closely with high-profile clients and complex business requirements.

Must-Have Skills and Experience

• 6–10 years as Configuration Analyst or Developer in Red Prairie WMS or JDA Dispatcher
• Minimum 2 warehouse or client implementations
• Proficient in RP or JDA Dispatcher WMS architecture
• Strong in configuring Clustering, Putaway or Allocation Algorithms, RDT rules, Data Programs, Locations, SKU configuration, Merge rules, Purging, Function access, System profile, iReports, Label design
• Expertise in PL/SQL including queries, complex stored procedures, triggers with Oracle 11g
• Solid knowledge of UNIX or Linux, Shell scripting, OS commands, file systems, and permissions
• Good knowledge of Middleware technologies such as webMethods
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with JDA Integrator configuration and development
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, HP SM9
• Front-end and backend exposure including Angular 15, Node.js, Java
• Cloud and microservices experience including AWS Lambda, SNS, SQS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
• Experience with automated test tools such as Cypress
• Knowledge of additional frameworks such as React or React Native

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and prepare technical design documents
• Configure and customize RP or JDA Dispatcher WMS per business needs
• Develop PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and UNIX shell scripts
• Implement, test, and deploy solutions in Dev, Testing, and Production environments
• Support integration testing, UAT, production go-live, and warranty phases
• Troubleshoot, fix defects, and provide technical support
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions
