Job Description TJX Australia is on an exciting growth journey and is seeking a passionate and results-driven Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain team.
What You'll Do Lead the Domestic Inbound Operations team in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of merchandise into the TJX AU Processing Centre.
This role encompasses Destination Operations (port-to-processing centre container movements) for international orders and the management of collections from domestic vendors, including the future expansion of logistics support for domestic orders.
Key Responsibilities Include Lead and optimize inbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods from vendors to the Processing Centre, including container and palletized deliveries.
Collaborate with 3 PL partners to enforce SOP compliance, meet KPIs, and manage costs effectively.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams such as buying and planning to support seamless supply chain execution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels and reduce operational costs through strategic problem-solving and innovation.
Provide strategic leadership by setting clear direction, removing performance barriers, and fostering a high-performing team culture Skills And Experience Demonstrated leadership experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a strong focus on container and full truckload inbound deliveries.
Effective people leader with demonstrated ability to inspire, guide, and grow logistics teams to exceed performance targets.
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including cross-functional impacts on logistics performance.
Strong relationship-building abilities, fostering collaboration across diverse business functions and organizational levels.
Analytical and improvement-focused mindset, leveraging data insights to drive process enhancements and operational efficiency.
