The Logistics Manager will be focused on leading and transforming the operations across ANZ, driving safety, compliance, performance and continuousimprovement initiatives.The role is accountable for leading the Logistics execution across Australia and New Zealandspanning in-house and outsourced operations.
This will be a hands-on leadership role, managing end-to-end warehouse operations, with a focus on safety, operational excellence, and uplifting team capability, particularly when leading the cultural shift towards an independent, safety-first mindset.
This role will also drive CI and will support the development and transition of a new greenfield warehouse in Brisbane.Key responsibilities include:Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in logistics and transport.
Lead, train, and support logistics teams.
Oversee end-to-end logistics including transport, warehousing, distribution, and exports.
Drive logistics projects to improve safety, customer experience, efficiency, and cost.
Lead continuous improvement across logistics operations.
Manage suppliers, carriers, and 3 PLs for timely deliveries.
Negotiate contracts with vendors for optimal terms and pricing.
Oversee inventory management, stocktakes, and cycle counts.
We are looking for aseasoned logistics professional with a strong track record in managing end-to-endwarehouse operations.
The ideal candidatewill bring a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards, with proven experience leading and developing high-performing logistics teams.
Skilled in driving strategic projects,you willcontinuously seek to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost outcomes.
With strong supplier and 3 PL management capabilities,you must be confident in negotiating contracts and overseeing all aspects of transport, warehousing, distribution, exports, and inventory control.
