We are seeking a Consultant to join our team.
This role is ideal for a motivated, collaborative professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, working closely with clients, and delivering impactful digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities Advising clients on improving business results in areas such as IT consulting, data analytics, and strategy.
Assisting with organizational change management to ensure successful implementation of new processes and tools.
Supporting adoption and change activities to align stakeholders.
Collaborating with client teams to analyze needs and recommend digital solutions.
Designing and implementing disruptive digital technologies like Io T, Machine Learning, and AR to foster innovation and build capabilities.
Contributing to project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Maintaining approximately 80% billable utilization.
Applying knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to connect processes and technologies.
Managing delivery risks and ensuring quality.
Facilitating workshops and training sessions with clients.
People & Practice Development Supporting development of business cases, strategies, and roadmaps.
Participating in internal training and knowledge sharing.
Contributing to a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
Nice to Have Skills SCRUM/Agile experience or certifications.
Organizational Change Management experience or certifications.
Experience delivering scalable Io T/IIo T, analytics, or software-led projects.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or industrial automation solutions, including at least 1 year in management consulting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel (~10–20%), mainly in the South Pacific region.
