What You'll Be Doing Partnering with a high-performing New Home Sales Consultant in a busy display home environment Engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and qualifying opportunities Coordinating appointments, managing leads, and maintaining CRM records Collaborating with internal teams including drafting, estimating, and construction Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotional events Building your product and industry knowledge while learning the complete sales process What We're Looking For Strong people skills with the ability to build trust quickly A results-driven mindset and willingness to learn a new industry Sales or customer service background (any industry)Tech-savvy with an eye for detail Weekend availability (when most client activity happens)Driver's licence and reliable vehicle What You'll Get From Us Mentoring and real-world training with one of our best consultants A supportive environment with a mix of collaboration, teamwork and autonomy Clear pathway to becoming a fully-fledged Sales Consultant in 12 months The reward of helping families create their dream homes Base + Incentives will have you hitting a minimum of $80,000 + in your first year.
