About the Role We're looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to take our hiring and pipelining for senior leadership roles to the next level.
This person will play a key role in shaping the future of our business by identifying, engaging and securing Head Of level talent who'll drive our strategy forward and be future Coles executives.
You'll be a trusted advisor to General Managers and P&C leaders, bringing a sharp eye for talent, deep market knowledge and a passion for finding exceptional people.
This is a high impact role that is critical to supporting pipeline and succession for the most impactful leadership roles across the organisation.
Key Accountabilities Developed targeted talent pipelines and own end-to-end recruitment for critical pathway Head Of roles across the organisation.
Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-potential senior talent.
As the subject matter expert, partner with General Managers and P&C leaders to influence quality and consistent enterprise hiring decisions.
Lead talent assessments and provide clear, insightful recommendations.
Build and manage strong, engaged talent pipelines aligned to future needs.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and act as a true ambassador for our brand.
Provide market intelligence and insights to influence business decisions.
Ensure recruitment processes align with governance and talent frameworks.
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in strategic sourcing, headhunting and senior-level hiring.
A strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and guiding hiring decisions.
Good understanding of assessment tools and the ability to translate insights into action.
