A well-established and highly regarded Sydney law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Wills and Estates Lawyer to join its busy Succession Law team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex estate litigation, planning and administration matters while mentoring junior lawyers and working alongside respected peers.

This is a full time office based role in Sydney CBD.

About the Role

You'll work in a specialist team advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients on:
  • Contested wills and family provision claims
  • Estate administration (both contested and uncontested)
  • Structuring of complex estate plans
  • Trust and probate matters
  • You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers and be a key contributor in the practice's ongoing growth.
Requirements for the Position:
  • 5 years PAE in Wills & Estates (with litigation and planning exposure)
  • Experience running your own matters and advising on complex succession issues
  • Confident communicator who enjoys client engagement and mentoring
  • Commercial and empathetic approach to succession and elder law
  • Willing to be officed based Monday to Friday
