About the Role As Storage Manager, primarily based at our Cairn Curran office, with a secondary location at Lake Eppalock, you'll lead 2 small, collaborative teams to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of several of Victoria's essential water storage and recreational areas.
This role combines hands-on operational oversight with team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and emergency response.
Flexibility is essential for this role, as you must be available to backfill for the teams on-call roster which includes a one-hour emergency recall, and may be asked to assist at other sites as needed.
Housing assistance is available to support.
