As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking a high-performing Site Manager to drive performance across a $50 M+ business.
Position Overview : Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this is a critical leadership role overseeing a distribution centre operation with 300+ staff, servicing five or more leading FMCG organisations.
This role presents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced 3 PL leader to enhance operational efficiencies, foster a high-performance culture, and optimise EBITDA, all while having strong support from the C-Suite, HR, and a highly capable management team.
Key Responsibilities : Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse, high-performing operational team across multiple distribution centres, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Drive operational excellence and accountability across the group, with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and service delivery.
Oversee end-to-end distribution centre operations, ensuring best-in-class execution for major FMCG clients.
Implement and enhance processes to optimise profitability, service levels, and cost control, ensuring ongoing commercial success.
Champion a strong safety and compliance culture, ensuring adherence to OH&S regulations.
Leverage data-driven decision-making to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve operational performance.
Work closely with C-Suite and key stakeholders to develop and execute business growth strategies, fostering strong client relationships.
Drive engagement, capability development, and succession planning across the operational workforce.
To be successful, you will have : Extensive leadership experience within 3 PL multi-site operations Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams in complex operational environments.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in optimising EBITDA and managing multi-million-dollar operations.
Deep understanding of warehousing and distribution, with the ability to drive operational efficiencies and strategic improvements.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
