Our beautiful Nido Banksia Grove service is looking for a passionate and dedicated lead educator to join our team.
We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
As a Lead Educator, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity.
You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team.
This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children while creating an environment where you will rise and flourish.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
Small 62 place service located close to supermarkets and the local gym Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 3 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas Strong management team to couch and guide you through your career Bus stops within 5 minute walk from service for easy commute to work Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
