Senior Educator Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to lead their own room, guiding a team of educators in delivering high-quality educational programs.

  • Leads the team in creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences tailored to meet the needs of all children, focusing on safety and well-being.
  • Collaborates with Centre Leadership and Educational Leaders to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices through regular observations, feedback, and coaching sessions.
  • Ensures that every learning experience is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, promoting excellence in education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements curriculum plans that cater to diverse learner needs and abilities.
  • Monitors and evaluates children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instructional decisions.
  • Maintains accurate records of children's learning journeys, including assessments, progress reports, and goal setting.
