Clinical Support Specialist | Allografts | Vic + Tas

This is truly an exciting time for this Australian-based medical technology company who supply allograft technology for surgical use. Their vision is to provide unique and innovative regenerative products for trauma, orthopaedics and reconstructive therapy. Due to a rare vacancy, there is an opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to support use of the product with key customers throughout Victoria and Tasmania.

Reporting into the National Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • providing clinical support in theatre and for nursing and surgical hospital staff
  • organising and providing regular education/inservicing to nurses, registrars and other relevant Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
  • working with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for product growth

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

  • experience in a clinical specialist role within the devices industry or an allied health professional with experience in orthopaedics or trauma.
  • excellent customer engagement, strong technical aptitude, and great teamwork
  • a passion for providing the best possible care and service for patients
