This role offers an experienced development contributions professional the chance to shape that growth and make a lasting impact on our community.About The RoleOur Principal Development Contributions Planner plays a pivotal role in developing, managing and implementing Council's development contributions plans.
These plans fund essential infrastructure for our rapidly growing community.As Council's contributions specialist, you will manage our contributions systems, reviewing and preparing new contribution plans, and negotiating Voluntary Planning Agreements and Works-in-Kind Agreements.You will lead a small, high-performing team delivering Council's contributions function, act as the primary contact for coordinating local infrastructure contributions, and provide clear professional and legislative advice to internal and external stakeholders.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will hold a tertiary qualification in urban and regional planning, economics, commerce, project management, law, or a closely related discipline.You bring demonstrated expertise managing complex projects from inception to delivery.
