About the role :
We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Business Analystwith expertise inSAP systemsto join a public sector team.
In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive data migration and cleansing for SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll and HR data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and prioritize data quality requirements for SAP S/4 HANA migration.
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to align on data cleansing activities.
  • Oversee migration and transformation of payroll and SAP SuccessFactors data.
  • Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate data validation testing for integration into SAP systems.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as aTechnical Business Analystfocusing ondata managementand cleansing.
  • Strong knowledge ofSAP systems(S/4 HANA, ECC, HR, FICO).
  • Experience withdata migration, cleansing tools (e.g., InfoSteward), andAgile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in large-scaleERP implementationswithin government or utilities.
  • Familiarity withHR transformationsandSAP Activate methodology.
