About the Team Wesfarmers' Retail Media Network aims to leverage the power of its iconic brands—Bunnings, Kmart, Target, Officeworks, and Wesfarmers Health—to provide advertisers with unparalleled access to millions of engaged shoppers across Australia.

About the Role As Senior Manager of Sales (Victoria based), you'll lead the charge in building and scaling the sales strategy for One Reach, Wesfarmers' Retail Media Network.
You'll drive revenue growth by securing strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and suppliers both endemic and non-endemic while mentoring a high-performing sales team.
This is a leadership role that blends strategic vision, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering results What You'll Be Doing Lead and sell One Reach media in Vic, SA, WA to meet revenue targets Develop and execute territory sales strategies Respond to briefs with innovative advertising solutions across online, in-store, and off-network formats Build and manage a robust sales pipeline Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition Leverage first-party data to craft compelling, ROI-driven sales narratives Mentor and manage a (VIC) Account Executive Collaborate with internal teams and represent One Digital at industry events What You'll Bring4+ years' experience in media sales, ad tech, or digital advertising Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and selling data-driven solutions Strong network in (Vic, SA, WA) advertising and/or retail sectors Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Join The Team: We're continuing to bring the best talent and skills under one roof, working together and across disciplines to build amazing experiences for our customers.
