Conduct reviews of internal processes to ensure compliance with service level agreements, client requirements and regulatory standards.
Analyse and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with operations and training teams to facilitate quality assurance training and best practices Support the preparation of documentation for quality assurance activities, including reports and audits.
Assist in the coordination of corrective actions and follow-up on quality/continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide support to other team members where skill gaps exist, support cross skilling of yourself and team members.
