This is a full-time, 6-month role with possibility of extension located in Eight Mile Plains.
The Role As our Project / Development Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of NDIS housing projects - from concept planning through to construction.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll coordinate consultants, contractors, and approvals to keep projects on track, on budget, and aligned with Arbourwell's mission.
You will : Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones and secure necessary approvals Manage contracts, risk registers, and compliance reporting Oversee financial performance and construction progress Navigate SDA and NDIS frameworks with confidence Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory obligations are consistently met Why Join Arbourwell?Competitive Salary + NFP salary sacrificing Meaningful work with real community impact Supportive, inclusive team culture Leadership role with project autonomy Opportunity to innovate and shape the future of SDA housing What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience as a Project or Development Manager (preferably within housing or multi-residential)Solid understanding of SDA / NDIS project frameworks Knowledge of planning, procurement, and construction compliance Strong commercial and financial acumen Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Requirements : Degree qualification or higher in either Property, Engineering, Planning, Land Economics, Construction or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in Property Management Current open driver's licence Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (paid) – or willingness to obtain Current Working with Children Check (paid) – or willingness to obtain Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
