We're a local, not-for-profit Early Learning Centre on Barker Street, dedicated to inspiring and nurturing little minds to grow into confident, curious kids.
You'll play a vital role in making that happen.
We're seeking a passionate Assistant Director who leads with heart, energy, and hands-on support.
This role involves being actively on the floor, supporting our educators, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for children and families.

You'll lead a close-knit team of educators, ensuring a safe, inclusive, hygienic, and inspiring environment for children and families.
You'll promote our 'School Ready' program and oversee compliance.
At the end of your shift, you'll leave knowing the children are developing in body, mind, and spirit.
You'll be great in this role if you…Have enthusiasm and passion for early childhood education and care Hold a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent Possess a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent Understand the National Quality Framework & Regulations Experience developing and implementing programs for 0-5-year-olds Can obtain a Police Certificate and Working with Children check Our latest survey results We value feedback and insights.
