Overview

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

  • Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 3 outdoor play areas
  • Incredible in-service support from a full-time Service Administrator and full-time Curriculum Leader
  • Outstanding long-standing Area Manager to guide you through your career
  • Walking distance to local coffee shop and supermarket
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child\'s development and fostering a sense of active participation
  • Opening hours: 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities

Lead a team of educators, nurture a positive learning environment, and drive quality outcomes for children. Foster strong relationships with families and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal frameworks.

Qualifications
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar
  • In-depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
