Hourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.17 per hour (depending on experience and level)
Busy Bees at Rivergums is seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our service. With a licensed capacity of 95 children, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, mentoring your team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care.
As a Centre Director, you will:
- Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to educators
- Oversee all centre operations including compliance, staffing, budgeting, and occupancy
- Ensure alignment with EYLF, NQS, and ACECQA standards
- Foster strong partnerships with families and the wider community
- Collaborate with the Educational Leader to deliver innovative, child-led learning programs
- Promote Busy Bees' values of Care, Quality, Service, and Value in everyday practice
- Proven experience in a leadership role within early education
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, EYLF, and NQS standards
- Current Working with Children Check (WA)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Full Australian working rights
- Above award hourly rate – $45.53 to $51.17
