About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced PMO Lead to oversee governance, planning, and reporting for a major ERP rollout.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving stakeholder alignment, managing program risks and issues, and embedding delivery discipline across a complex enterprise environment.
Candidates with Big 4 consulting backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities Oversee program governance, planning, and reporting for large-scale ERP implementations.
Drive stakeholder alignment across business units, technology teams, and external delivery partners.
Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery methodologies.
Embed structure, best practice, and delivery assurance.
Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
About You Proven experience leading PMO functions in complex enterprise environments.
Strong background in ERP/CRM program delivery and governance.
Big 4 consulting experience preferred.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and delivery outcomes.
