About the Role: NHP have a unique opportunity for a SENIOR SERVICE DESK ANALYSTbased in our Richmond, Melbourne office.

Reporting tothe IT Operations Manager, your role will be responsible for providing first class technical support.
What you will bring to the role: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Industry Certifications such as:o ITIL Foundation (for IT service management best practices)o Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or other relevant Microsoft certifications Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now, Jira, Dev Ops).
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic scripting (e.g., Power Shell)Experience with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
