The opportunity: Here at EBOS Healthcare we are on the lookout for Bid and Contract Specialist with strong coordination and communication skills coupled with a professional, positive, can-do attitude to join our Data Management team.
Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, you will be responsible for the Coordination of Tender responses and management of special price arrangements for EBOS Healthcare.
As such, you will initiate and take the lead on tenders, assessing opportunities, tailoring written statements, and coordinating input from key stakeholders across the business, for inclusion into compelling tender submissions.
You will also work with the Data Management Team to manage contracts, ensuring the business remains compliant to contract requirements and to our professional standards.
This role will not only provide you with an opportunity to learn and grow but to mentor and develop team members responsible for the day-to-day management of pricing queries and report requests from internal stakeholders.
What you will do: Play a lead role in integrating work tasks and enhancing efficiencies across the business; Analysis of special Pricing Arrangements to determine appropriate comparative pricing and make recommendations for key projects; Assist managers with set up and review of special pricing arrangements; Review of established special pricing and standard pricing to maintain margins; Work on projects to support customer retention and improve profitability; Provide direction and education to team members to improve reporting and analysis skills; Enhance support of the Sales team and their customers.
What we are looking for: Confident using Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word (Intermediate to Advanced level); Experience with SAP, SAC, GS1, Microsoft Access and Salesforce highly regarded; Financial acumen with high level attention to numeric detail; Excellent comprehension and creative writing skills; Ability to work cross functionally and influence others to achieve positive results; Results focused with a high level of self-motivation and personal integrity; Strong time management and organisational skills.
