Are you a dementia care expert passionate about improving the lives of older Australians? RSL Life Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to join our Clinical Governance team.
In this critical role, you'll provide specialist leadership and clinical expertise across our aged care services—ensuring our residents and clients living with dementia receive safe, person-centred, and dignified care.
In your new role, you will: Provide expert clinical advice and leadership to nursing and care teams across residential and home care settings Drive the implementation of evidence-based dementia care practices Deliver targeted dementia education and practice development initiatives Consult with multidisciplinary teams to support complex dementia care needs Develop and lead quality improvement initiatives and research activities Coach local teams to create a positive, person-centred care environment Lead continuous improvement activities that promote safety, dignity, and quality of life Work collaboratively with leadership, clinical, and care teams to embed a culture of excellence This is a mobile role, offering the opportunity to influence care practices across multiple locations and play a pivotal role in shaping dementia care within one of Australia's most trusted aged care providers A bit about you: You are a registered nurse with advanced practice experience and a passion for dementia care.
You lead with empathy, educate with authority, and consult with confidence.
