Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story.Job SummaryAs a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and administrators to create efficient and scalable applications that enhance business processes and drive exceptional user experiences.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom applications, features, and integrations using Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex and Lightning Components.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Collaborate with other developers to review code, ensure best practices, and maintain code quality standards.
Manage and deploy changes using Salesforce change sets and/or version control tools, ensuring a controlled and efficient release process.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing timely support to users and administrator.
QualificationsRequired Certifications - Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud is mandatory and experience in Health Cloud and Omni Studio is preferred Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative development tools.
Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
