We're on the lookout for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our consulting team and play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions across a range of industries.

What You'll Be Doing: Leading the technical delivery of Salesforce projects from design through to deployment.
Guiding clients on architecture, platform strategy, and best practices.
Mentoring and managing development teams to ensure high-quality technical outcomes.
Overseeing solution design, development, integration, and release management.
Collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
Taking ownership of key technical decisions and delivering scalable, future-proof solutions.
What We're Looking For: 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role.
Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce implementations.
Strong hands-on skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration.
Solid experience with API integrations, Dev Ops practices, and CI/CD tooling.
Ability to work across the full SDLC with a sharp eye on quality and timelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services, Education, etc.).
Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (PD I/II, Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, Architect-level certs).
