Ayan Infotech is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join a high-profile project with our client. This role will suit a hands-on Salesforce expert with strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering best-practice solutions, and the ability to work across onshore and offshore teams.

Role Overview
You will lead the development team, working closely with the Solution Architect to design, build, and deliver Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. This includes Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations, custom platform development, complex integrations, and data migrations. You will also play a key role in reviewing existing solutions and driving remediation work to improve performance and speed to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Salesforce solutions following platform best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of 8 (onshore in Sydney and offshore in India).
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect on solution design.
  • Develop, test, and document custom Salesforce components (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, triggers, badges).
  • Manage integrations with back-office systems, often via middleware tools.
  • Handle deployments using GIT.
  • Drive remediation tasks and improvements to Salesforce core solutions.
  • Support low-level solution design and provide technical guidance.

Skills & Experience

  • 6-7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong GIT and deployment management skills.
  • Experience with integrations and complex data migrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across onshore/offshore teams.
