Job Description The School of Applied Psychology is currently recruiting for a passionate and professional Lecturer Level B - Professional Psychology.
In this role, you will contribute to teaching and scholarship, coordinate academic and operational processes supporting external placements for Master of Professional Psychology students, provide clinical supervision, liaise with industry partners, and contribute to postgraduate teaching across the School's professional and clinical psychology programs.
As a Lecturer, you will: Foster an outstanding student experience through high-quality teaching and supervision.
Support and coordinate student placements, building strong partnerships with external agencies.
Ensure compliance with AHPRA, Psy BA, and APAC requirements for placement and supervision.
Contribute to scholarship of teaching and learning, including evaluation, innovation, and reflective practice.
Engage with industry, community, and advisory committees to strengthen student outcomes and employability.
This is a continuing, part-time position (60% - 3 days per week), primarily based at either our Brisbane South (Mount Gravatt) or Gold Coast campuses.
As Griffith is a multi-campus university, you will be required to work across other campus locations.
Salary Range The full-time equivalent base salary will be at Academic Level B, ranging from $113,226 to $134,460 per annum, plus 17% superannuation.
The total FTE package will range from $132,474 to $157,318 per annum.

For this role, you must have: Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology.
Registration as a psychologist in Australia (AHPRA).
Endorsement as a supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia.
Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision to postgraduate students.
Strong engagement skills to foster partnerships with industry and placement providers.
