Role Overview UMENCO is currently seeking a Content & Communications Executive to support our brand's content strategy and communication initiatives.
This role is pivotal in developing and delivering engaging content across various channels while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and strengthening community engagement.
The successful talent will assist in shaping content plans and executing strategies that drive brand awareness and foster meaningful connections with our audience.
Key responsibilities of the role include content creation and strategy, where you will help develop and implement content across digital platforms, social media, email marketing and the website.
The Content & Communications Executive will create compelling, brand-aligned copy for various formats such as product descriptions, blog posts, email campaigns and social media updates.
Coordination with photographers, videographers and designers to produce high-quality visual content will also be essential.
Additionally maintaining the content calendar to ensure timely campaign delivery is a critical task.
The role also involves managing social media activations and engaging with the community daily.
The successful talent will monitor social trends and insights to optimise engagement and content performance, while also supporting influencer and brand collaborations.
Other key responsibilities include assisting with PR initiatives, media outreach and brand partnerships; as well as helping to create marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in content creation or communications within the fashion, jewellery or lifestyle industries and possess strong copywriting, organisational and social media skills.
Experience within email marketing, SEO and event activation is also recommended.
