
Construction Supervisor

Working closely with experienced supervisors and the leadership team, you will play a key role in recruiting, managing, and motivating tradespeople, while fostering their ongoing development.
This role involves planning and allocating resources to meet monthly targets, with exposure to a diverse range of building methods and construction styles.
With access to continuous training in advanced building methods and direct collaboration with our subsidiaries, you'll help maintain our leadership in framing techniques within a vertically integrated organisation.
About you You will have experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction.
It's essential that you demonstrate the ability to effectively manage trades on a construction site and possess a solid understanding of WHS principles, with a commitment to safety.
A current C Class licence is essential, and while a trade qualification or Diploma of Building & Construction is desirable, strong construction knowledge and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
The role requires excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with a focus on customer service.
Candidates should display a professional work ethic, be proactive, and show initiative, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
The ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines is essential for success in this role.
