The venue's recent rebuild has given it a fresh edge, with brand-new equipment, an open-plan kitchen, and a steady, loyal trade that swells with the summer season.
The Role We're seeking a Head Chef who can provide structure, energy, and clear leadership to a skilled, multicultural kitchen team.
This is a hands-on role in a high-output environment, covering breakfast, lunch, and early dinners, along with the added excitement of weddings and functions during the warmer months.
You'll work closely with the owners to evolve menus, refine processes, and build a more stable, full-time brigade ahead of the summer surge.
With strong systems already in place, your focus will be on consistency, organisation, and nurturing the talent around you.
