**Your new role**

Are you looking for career development with the support of a successful trusted business? Reporting to your Technical service manager, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair and response of critical services and systems covering Electrical, mechanical and fire. You will be the first to respond to alerts and alarms generated by the electronic systems and determine if escalation to third party contractors is required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Your previous experience in electrical maintenance or HVAC will be key, as will:

- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audience
- 5+ Years - Trade or Critical Facilities Experience
- Exposure to data centre equipment - CRAC units, UPS, Generators, Fire, etc T
- Ability to speak confidently and communicate clearly with management and customers
- Ability to work well under pressure in the event of a system failure.
- Lead root cause analysis reporting of equipment
- Australian citizenship and ability to obtain, an NV2 Security Clearance
- Comply with company critical policies and procedures
