The ideal candidate should be motivated, energetic and possess strong communication and organisational skills, with a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

· Appraising, listing and selling properties

· Prospecting (letterbox drops, cold calling, door knocking)

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

· Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI's)

· Generating leads and managing the sales process form start to finish

· Handling paperwork, coordinating views and managing other administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will possess:

· A Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate

· Valid driver's license and personal vehicle

· High levels of motivation, punctuality and reliability

· The skillset to create, chase and generate your own leads, build local referral networks and maintain strong relationships

· Proficiency in negotiation skills

· A determined and ambitious attitude, coupled with outstanding customer service skills.

· Strong personal presentation
