We have recently been engaged on an exclusive basis, to recruit a Managing Director for a Melbourne based Executive Search Firm.
Our client is a well-established and respected, Executive Search & Advisory Firm.
They have been at the forefront of Executive Search for over 25 years, specialising in appointing CEOs, Board positions and C-suite Executives.
Trusted by many of Australia's most recognised and respected organisations across the Health, Not-for-profit, Education, Life Science & Biotech industries.

They are seeking an experienced Search Leader to work closely with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Group to drive growth and improve business performance.
Key responsibilities will include: Lead end-to-end search processes for C-suite assignments.
Providing ongoing coaching and leadership to a small team that supports improved performance.
Engaging with team members and seeking to understand them as people, their strengths, challenges, markets, aspirations and motivations.
Developing and implementing strategic business development and marketing plans.
Managing the P&L and analysing financials.
Building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
About you: An experienced and dynamic Search Professional.
A proven track record of delivering C-suite assignments, ideally within the Health, Not-for-profit, Education, Life Science & Biotech industries.
Ability to develop new business/clients and generally increase productivity and profit.
A strong coach, mentor and people leader.
Emotionally intelligent, detailed and diligent.
A detailed and diligent individual.
Ability to create and drive new initiatives.
