The organisations head office is based in Melbourne, however they are happy to consider candidates on a fully remote basisResponsibilities End-to-end payroll processing for a large employee base Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders Qualifications Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience with payroll systems (Chris 21 looked upon favourably but is not a prerequisite)A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset Job Offer Competitive salary package The ultimate flexibility Significant career progression opportunities Amazing culture and leadership team How to apply To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
