Your Impact

As a Senior Associate, you'll be at the heart of strategic initiatives that grow our lending portfolio and enhance client satisfaction. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure our products are robust, compliant, and continuously improving.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Institutional and Business Banking

  • Collaborate with Relationship teams, Risk, Finance, and Operations to support product enhancements

  • Manage day-to-day product, process, and system queries

  • Conduct product reviews, risk assessments, and reporting

  • Drive initiatives to improve lending outcomes and client experience

  • Investigate issues, incidents, and feedback across the lending value chain

  • Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards for the institutional lending portfolio

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

  • Experience in end-to-end lending, product policy, or related areas in financial services

  • A background in product management, institutional/business lending, credit, or middle office

  • Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently

  • A degree in business, finance, accounting, law, or a related field
