We're also looking for Brokers in the following regions : South Coast NSWCentral Qld Victoria North Qld Central NSWAbout Us Ras360° Property Solutions is a trusted leader in the accommodation property market, with over 21 years of industry experience.
Following our rebrand and relaunch in May 2024, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth, expanding into regional areas and southern states.
With an office on the Gold Coast, we specialize in the sale of Motels, Hotels, Pubs, Parks, and Management Rights across Australia.
Our expertise covers all aspects of accommodation businesses, including freeholds, leaseholds, and comprehensive business sales.
Over the last year, we have experienced rapid growth, expanding our Management Rights & Accommodation (MRA) team from 2 to 16 members.
We're looking for talented individuals to help us continue this momentum into 2025, aiming to complete onboarding for the year and fill all outstanding BDA's down the Eastern Seaboard.
About the Role As a Broker, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, building strong client relationships and driving sales in your region.
This role is commission-only, with an expense allowance for the right individual, and offers uncapped earning potential.
You can choose to work as a contractor or employee, depending on your preference.
Reporting directly to the National Director (based in Brisbane), this role will require some travel, including time away from home, as you establish and grow your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Managing the sales process for businesses and properties in the accommodation sector.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Traveling within your region to identify new opportunities and close deals.
Collaborating with the team to support the company's growth objectives.
We're seeking individuals with : Proven sales experience, preferably in property, B2 B, or FMCG.
A valid real estate license or willingness to acquire one (essential).
Their own vehicle for day-to-day travel.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a passion for sales.
